  2. 2. Services Covered Under Refunds

    We provide various digital and IT-related services (e.g., web development, digital marketing, IT solutions). Refund eligibility depends on the type of service:

    a) Web Development & Design

    • Before Project Start: 100% refund if cancellation is requested within 3 business days of payment and before work begins.
    • After Project Start: Partial refunds may be issued depending on the work completed. For example, if 40% of the project is complete, only the remaining unused portion may be refundable..
    • After Project Delivery: No refunds will be provided once final project files are delivered and approved.

    b) Digital Marketing Services

    • Campaign Setup Fees: Non-refundable once setup work has started (e.g., ad account creation, strategy planning).
    • Monthly Retainers/Subscriptions: If you cancel mid-cycle, services will continue until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not issued for partially used months.
    • Performance-Based Refunds: Since marketing results depend on market conditions, competition, and external factors, we do not guarantee specific outcomes and therefore refunds are not applicable for campaign performance.

    c) IT Solutions & Consulting

    • Hourly Consulting: Refunds are not issued for completed consultation hours.
    • Monthly Retainers/Subscriptions: If you cancel mid-cycle, services will continue until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not issued for partially used months.
    • Package Services: Partial refunds may be considered if services have not been fully delivered.

  3. 3. Non-Refundable Items
    • Domain registrations, hosting, or third-party software purchased on behalf of the client.
    • Paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) once spent.
    • Customized solutions, where resources have already been allocated.
    • Completed or delivered work that has been approved by the client.

  4. 4. Process to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    3. Our support team will review the request within 7–10 business days.
    4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

    • Refund posting times vary depending on your payment provider.
